Your son and/or daughter's coach will advise as to where and when to show up for games.

Practice & Equipment
Please be sure to purchase and try on equipment prior to first practice. Players must remember to bring all of their equipment to ALL PRACTICES AND GAMES, including MOUTHPIECES. Mouthpieces are mandatory and no one will play without one. Black or at least colored mouthpieces are preferable. It is a good idea that each piece of equipment also should be clearly labeled. Players should bring the following items to all practices and games:

GIRLS:

STICK
MOUTHPIECE
GOGGLES
WATER BOTTLE
EXTRA CLOTHING
CLEATS

BOYS:

EQUIPMENT BAG
HELMET (must be white helmet with green visor and black face mask)
STICK
GLOVES
SHOULDER PADS
ARM PADS
RIB PADS
MOUTHPIECE
JOCK AND CUP
WATER BOTTLE
EXTRA CLOTHING
CLEATS

Please remember: without all of the necessary equipment, your player will not be allowed to practice or play in games. Your player's safety is our first priority.
